This is a Sauvignon blanc with loads of depth and character. It has riper fruit flavours than our 2009. The creamy passionfuit aromas combine nicely with gooseberry and capsicum notes. In many ways a classic New Zealand style Sauvignon blanc. The wine has good mouth feel with an underlying minerality. Fresh and zippy now, it will drink superbly through this summer and well into 2011.
